Field Assessment of Accreditation of the FAI-UMI Islamic Religious Education Study Program by the Assessor Team from LAMDIK

The Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Studies, UMI carried out a field assessment of study program accreditation on Tuesday-Wednesday (20-21 January 2026). PAI lecturers who attended and the faculty form team, heads of study programs, and educational staff within the UMI Faculty of Islamic Studies. Prof. Dr. H. Hambali Talib, S.H., M.H. as Chancellor of the Indonesian Muslim University gave a speech and opened the event.

Dr. Nur Khoiri, M.Ag and Dr. M. Nurul Humaidi, M.Ag as assessor provided guidance and input, especially to the Islamic Religious Education Study Program.

The process of clarifying documents carried out with the PAI study program accreditation team went smoothly and quickly. The entire accreditation team was very alert to listen to questions from assessors and immediately showed documentary evidence. Apart from that, a direct observation process was also carried out by assessors by conducting direct interviews with non-form lecturers (outside the core accreditation team), Faculty Education staff.

Microteaching laboratories, PAI labs, libraries, lecturer rooms, and thesis examination rooms are also target spaces visited by LAMDIK assessors. The visit focused on the library, literacy room, microteaching laboratory, integrated learning laboratory. Apart from that, assessors also conducted interviews with active students in the study program, alumni, stakeholders consisting of students who had been accepted as civil servants, honorary teachers and school principals as well as several PAI Alumni Users.
